Renewable Asset Management Company, LLC, a financier of renewable energy products through its SunLender Program and Clean Energy Distribution, Inc. a distributor and solar technology provider of PV products, announce the Clean Energy Distribution Finance Program to better serve Clean Energy Distribution’s large installer network in the fast-growing U.S. residential solar market.

The Clean Energy Distribution Finance Program equips the Company's network of installers with market-leading lease and loan products to help installers reach a wider customer base and secure more business. Clean Energy Distribution’s installers gain access to a suite of online sales tools to give them better visibility into the financing process and streamline communications to fast-track business.

“We are very excited to add the SunLender financing platform to our product portfolio,” states Tim Kubes, Clean Energy Distribution VP Sales and Business Development. “This financing platform has tremendous value for our customers and we expect a broad rapid adoption rate.”

The leases and loans are available to homeowners to allow them to save money on their monthly utility expenses. The Clean Energy Distribution Finance Program gives consumers multiple financing options, allowing the customer to choose the financing that best meets their needs. Homeowners utilizing the residential financing can own their solar systems with no out-of-pocket costs while benefiting directly from associated solar tax credits and all available incentives and rebates. Alternatively, customers that may not have tax appetite can choose the lease, which takes all the incentives, including the tax credits and monetizes them in the form of the lowest monthly payment to the Customer.

“Our financing platforms are customized to meet specific business needs and processes. They are a great fit with Clean Energy Distribution because they work so seamlessly with any top-tier installer network,” said Mike Thompson SVP of Sales and Partner Management at Renewable Asset Management/SunLender. “Installers are able to offer a complete solution with both the lease and loan, it’s really an easy financing solution for all residential projects.”

The Lease and Loan programs are offered to approved installers in Arizona, California and Hawaii. Additionally, the SunLender Loan program is currently available in Oregon, Michigan, Minnesota, North Carolina, South Carolina, Texas and Washington.
